She is survived by: her children, Stephen S. Guth (Robyn) of Franklin, Michael P. Guth (Sarah) of Franklin and Michelle L. Blass (Guy) of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Joshua Guth, Ryan Guth, Danielle Guth, Alexander Guth, Andrew Guth, William Blass and Michael Blass; and her sister Janet Mendenhall.
