She was predeceased by : her mother Patricia E. Frantz (McKinley); and her brother-in-law Dale Moore. She is survived by : her father Lewis "Dick" R.; her siblings, Lewis R. Frantz, III of Franklin, Raymond A. Frantz (Kathy) of Greenville, Deborah S. Covington of Franklin and Rebecca "Becky" L. Moore of Oil City; her nephews, Jay Covington (Tori), Mike Moore, Zach Covington, Brad Moore (Kristy), Ryan Covington (Lauren) and Jacob Frantz; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mariah (Travis), Noah, Camryn, Asher, Rowyn, Maddie, Casey, Cody, Alethea, Jasmine, Jade, Piper, Quinn, Paisley and Maverick.
The funeral home will have social distancing protocols in place and strongly recommends those who are attending to wear masks.
