Black of Franklin, Pennsylvania, born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 16, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland C. Black Sr. and Luna Mae Roberts Black; and her former husband Edwin Leo Terrill. She is survived by: her daughters, Jenny Terrill of Franklin, Laura Terrill and Lesa Terrill of Titusville. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
