It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore L. Richardson (Frederick, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 4, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Roland W. Richardson and Althea Ford Richardson; his wife Pricilla Grandin Richardson; and his sisters, Fifi, Betsey and Emily.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial contributions be made in Ted's name to a charity of your choice.
