She was predeceased by: her parents, William Reynolds and Cleola Price Reynolds; and her husband Gary D. Chapman. She is survived by: her son Gary L. Chapman; her mother-in-law Dorothy Jean Chapman of Fredericktown, PA; and her siblings, Gary Reynolds of Point Marion, PA, Donna Reynolds of Philadelphia, PA., Bill and Dick Reynolds.
