He is survived by : his wife Tammy Lake (Bennett); his daughters, Adrian (Joshua Gregory), Nickole Lake and Tiffany Fraser; his grandchildren, Heath, Fiona Gregory, Sullivan Kovach, LiLa, Ellsworth and Scotland Fraser; his brothers, Brad and Stephen Lake; his niece Shannon Lake; his father-in-law Claude Bennett; and his sister-in-law Brenda Bennett-Alise.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Daniel K. Regan Funeral Home (232 S Main St, Montrose, PA 18801). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
