She was predeceased by: her parents, William W. Smith and Sarah M. Smith (Clovis); her husband Larry R. "Butch" Glotfelty; her in-laws, Richard M. and Verna E. Glotfelty (Opel); her brother-in-law Glenn Krause; and her nephews, Andrew Coyle, David Krause and Terry Royce.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda E. Skipper (Denton); her grandchildren, Derek Cosner and Ava Cosner; her sisters, Sharon Brechon (Tim) and Stephanie Zambrano (Juan); and her sister-in-law Joyce Krause. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newman Funeral Homes (26722 Garrett Hwy, McHenry, MD 21520). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
