She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Beam and Martena Beam (Paxton); her husband Donald Lee Barbour; her son Leon Barbour; and her sister Jeannette Adams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nanette Helm (Duane) of Gettysburg, Nancy Matthews (Merle) of Elliottsburg and Jennifer Malinosky (Keith) of Mt. Holly Springs; her grandchildren, Dawn Helm, James Boulliane, Evan, Breanne Griffie, Kyle, Tanner Malinosky, Samantha, Jacob, Aaron Matthews and Courtney Hess; and her brother Jack Beam of Newville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
