He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Church and Mae Church (Wilson); and his sister Gladys Conklin. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Church (Shank); his children, Craig (Bidi McSorley), Diane Nachamkin (Irv) and Steven (Jill Howard Church); his grandchildren, Rebecca (Maura Church), Erica Adler (Olivier), Max Nachamkin and Alaina (Leah Church); his great grandchild Aryeh Adler; and his sister Peggy Leiser.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Westminster Presbyterian Church in West Chester, Pennsylvania, or a memorial gift to Neumann University in Aston, Pennsylvania.
