Charlotte C. Smith Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte C. Smith (Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania), born in Orange, New Jersey, who passed away on May 10, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ferguson and Kate Ferguson (McCarthy). She is survived by: her significant other Rodger of Garnet Valley; her sons, Rodger Smith (Vikki) of Wilmington and Dennis Adams-Smith (Maya) of Frenchtown; and her granddaughters, Julia, Allison, Caitlin Smith and Mirabel Adams-Smith.
The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the doctors, nurses and healthcare workers caring for patients suffering from the effects of COVID-19.
