He was predeceased by: his father Charles T. Royer Sr.. He is survived by: his brothers, Charles T. Royer and Harold A. Royer; his wife Antonia Royer (Weslowsky); and his children, Michelle Kaminski (Ned), Fredrick W. Royer, Jr (Patricia) and Charles B. Royer (Dawn). He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to, St Mary's Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 3rd & Ward, Chester, PA.
