She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Petryk and Nellie Petryk (Gorak); and her siblings, Eleanor Walls, Florence, Phyllis, Eugene and Henry Petryk.
She is survived by: her sons, Ernest (Rosie), David (Barbara) and Eugene Faulkner (Kathy); and her grandchildren, Lauren (Tim), Erin (Will), Jenna (Sam), David (Rhonda) and Nancy Jean (David). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews.
