He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Keeley and Marion Keeley; and his brothers, Thomas and Michael Keeley. He is survived by: his wife Patt Heinley Keeley; his children, John Jr., Donna Cieslak (John) and Jenna Keeley (John White); his grandchildren, Christine Honer (Luke) of John Keeley, III, Sonny Cieslak, Zachary Keeley, Aidan White and Abigail White; his great grandchildren, Teagan and Robert Honer; his siblings, Marion Pedrick (Jack), Margaret Grubb (John), Fred Keeley (Peggy) and Diane Barker; and his sister-in-law Diane Keeley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews including his nephew.
