He was predeceased by : his parents, Stanley Kwaszkiewicz and Alfreda Wrzesniewski Kwaszkiewicz; his brother Thomas Kwaszkiewicz; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon and Mary Anne.

He is survived by : his brothers, Stanley and Stephen Kwaszkiewicz; his nieces, Kimberly Nickle (Damon) and Jenifer Kwaszkiewicz; his nephew Michael Kwaszkiewicz (Faith); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Evan, Ryan, Hanna and Sara.
