He was predeceased by: his siblings, Judy Moorer and Edward Thornton. He is survived by: his former wife Anna Marie; his children, Sheryl Ann, Anna Marie, Judy, Janice, Douglas (Sue Ann) and Steven (Mary); his former wife Karen; and his son Adam. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
