She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Myers and Irene Allmond Myers; her son Michael R. Kozisky; her sons-in-law, Alfred Patrone Jr. and Brinton Michael Jackson; and her brothers, Arthur, Bobby, Billy and Edward Myers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Jackson and Sharon Patrone; her daughter-in-law Tricia Kozisky; her grandchildren, Breana Spires (Kevin), Gia Kemske (Michael), Tara Patrone (Jim Feeley), Matthew, Michaela Kozisky and Michael Kozisky Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Cash and Orlando Spires. She is also survived by numerous other great grandchildren.
