It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorentz R. Hinrichsen of Genesee, Pennsylvania, born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, who passed away on July 31, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Lorentz Andreas and Eleanor Turek Hinrichsen; and his former life partner Diana. He is survived by : his son Lorentz Wulf Hinrichsen (Colleen) of Pittsburgh; his siblings, Eric J. Hinrichsen (Kathleen) of Lambertville, NJ and Inger Hinrichsen-Bassi (Anthony) of Huntingdon; and his nephew Eric Hinrichsen, Jr. of Philadelphia.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or The Salvation Army.
