It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ambrose Martin (Gettysburg, Pennsylvania), born in Moorefield, West Virginia, who passed away on October 10, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Franz C. Martin and Ludia J. Martin (Snyder); his wife Sandra E. Martin (Wentz); and his siblings, Paul, George, Clemence, Franz, Joseph, James, Anthony, Andrew Martin, Mary Flynn, Rita Smith, Matilda Breighner, Madeline Clinedinst, Louise Crone, Rosalie Miller and Ruthanna Kuhn.

He is survived by: his children, Betty L. Smith (Gregory F., Sr.) of Gettysburg, Todd A. Martin (Eva) of Gettysburg, Kelly S. Kump of Gettysburg and Jeff Martin; his grandchildren, Keith Masemer, David Masemer, Kayla Shaffer and Kyle Martin; and his great grandchildren, Kody Martin and Cali Martin.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in in Tony's memory to St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, 12 East Hanover Street, Gettysburg, PA 17325.
