He was predeceased by: his parent Michael Myszczuk. He is survived by: his parent Maryann Myszczuk; and his children, Andrew R. Mitchell, Jr. of Emmitsburg, MD, Douglas A. Mitchell of Fairfield, PA and Tina Marie Yingling of Fairfield, PA. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 26 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Andrew's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 314 Good Drive, Lancaster, PA 17603.
