He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Wellborn and Lockey B. Wellborn (Delp); and his children, Thomas E. Wellborn and Angelia F. Wellborn. He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his sons, Billy D. Wellborn, Jr. and Jeffery D. Wellborn; and his brother James L. Wellborn, Jr. of Stuarts Draft, VA.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
