He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Howard and Oneta Howard (McColloca). He is survived by: his wife Betty A. Howard (Durboraw); his sons, Steven L. (Patricia Howard) and Keith A. (Valerie Howard); and his grandchildren, Joshua Howard, Stephanie (Matthew Moorefield), Jacob Howard and Sarah Howard.
