She was predeceased by: her parents, John N. Cunningham and Madeline Lucille Cunningham (Stitley); her daughter Barbara Ann Kurtz; and her siblings, Helena L. Hoffman, Patrick and Michael Cunningham.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Sell of Augusta, WV; her grandchildren, Natalie Joy Kurtz Sekavec and Nicholas Matthew Kurtz; her great grandchildren, Alessandra and Andreas Sekavec; her son-in-law Matthew Kurtz; and her siblings, Marjorie C. Reedy of Gettysburg and Richard C. Cunningham of Gettysburg. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
