He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold B. Carbaugh and Mary Carbaugh (Scott). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Carbaugh (Benner) of Gettysburg; his daughter Elaine Cook (Norman) of Gettysburg, PA; and his sister Edith Lindsell of Chambersburg, PA..
