She was predeceased by: her parent Randolph Totten; and her brother Randolph Totten Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Ann Totten; her husband William E. Troxell; her children, Penny Ann Monforte (Steve) of Gettysburg, PA and William E. Troxell, Jr. (Tina) of Orrtanna, PA; her grandchildren, Kristi Monforte Raffensperger, Melissa Miller and Travis Nathaniel Troxell; and her great grandchild Caton Elizabeth Raffensperger.
