He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcom R. Joiner and Blanche Bush Joiner (Parsons); his wife Hetty J. Joiner (Tindall); and his siblings, Kenneth Joiner and Ruth Cooper.
He is survived by: his pet Lucky; his children, Cynthia Conley of Gardners, PA, Beth Thieret of York, PA, George W. Joiner, Jr. of Orrtanna, PA and Diane Joiner of Gettysburg; and his brother Bert H. Joiner of Phillipsburg, NJ.. He is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
