With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald L. Martin (Gettysburg, Pennsylvania), born in East Berlin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 3, 2020 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Martin and Ruth Rinker Martin. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lawver Martin; his children, George Miller (Jenna) of Abbottstown, PA, Wendy DeGroft (Toby) of Hanover, PA, Karen Martin of Hanover, PA, Shannon Nelson (Fred) of Hanover, PA and Vickie Parrish (James) of Taneytown, MD; his stepchildren, Tiffany Lawver of Gettysburg, PA, Derrick Lawver of Gettysburg, PA and Dylan Lawver of Gettysburg, PA; and his siblings, Ed Martin of Hanover, PA, Alan Martin of Bonneauville, PA, Sheldon Martin of Fairfield, PA and JoAnn Orndorff of Montana. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 2 step great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Monahan Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
