He is survived by: his wife Bobbie E. Phillips; his children, John S. Phillips (Kimberly) of Gettysburg, PA and Norma Jean Byrd (Douglas) of Abbottstown, PA; his grandchildren, Brennan C. Phillips of Mystic, CT and Rose Elizabeth Reed of Littlestown, PA.; and his siblings, Susanne Crowe (Patrick Crowe) of Honolulu, HI, Thomas S. Phillips of St. Augustine, FL and William R. Phillips of East Brunswick, NJ.
