He was predeceased by: his parent Robert U. Neely. He is survived by: his parent Carolyn "Ki" Neely (Blocher) of Fairfield, PA; his wife Lauren A. Neely (LaRocca); his stepson Sergei Ismailoff of Gettysburg; his siblings, Elizabeth "Betsy" Gibney (Randy) of Mechanicsburg, PA, Margaret Metz (David) of Fairfield and Robert H. "Bob" Neely (Janet) of Oklahoma; his nieces and nephews, Sarah Neely, Sandy Gibney, Samantha Neely, Stephanie Gibney, Kaylee Metz, David Metz and Aimee Metz; and also Marisa Tyler of Gettysburg.
