He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Dutch" and Mary Ellen Shultz (Plank); and his siblings, Brenda Kime, Paul Shultz and Gary Shultz.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Shultz (Black); his daughters, Tonya Runk, Michelle Kaumans of Gettysburg and Bobbi Hahn of Gettysburg; and his brothers, Rick Shultz of Florida and William Shultz of Carlisle, PA.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great grandchild.
