He was predeceased by: his parent Robert Foote; and his sisters, Janet Johnson and Mary Connor. He is survived by: his parent Helen R. Foote (Rout); his wife Charlotte K. Foote (Andrews); his daughters, Candace Gillis (Bruce) of Fort Pierce, FL and Crystal Lansing (Dustin) of Jensen Beach, FL; his sister Marty Shindledecker (Kerm) of Gettysburg; and his brothers-in-law, John Johnson of Fort Pierce, FL and Chris Connor of Vero Beach, FL.. He is also survived by six grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
