He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervin Bishop and Beulah Bishop (Keckler); his wife Betty J. Bishop (Wenschhof); and his sisters, Anna Kiessling and Ruth Bechtel.
He is survived by: his children, Bobbi Jo Elliott (James) of Biglerville, PA, Benn Bishop (Beverly) of Gettysburg, PA, Bonni Sharrer (Paul) of Fairfield, PA and Beth Bishop (Frank Shull) of Gettysburg, PA; his grandchildren, Branden Elliott (Shanan), MaryAnne Moritz (Kevin), Rebekka Bennage (Billy), Emily Stambaugh (Lewis), Bobby Albin (Tiffany Jacoby), Paula Jean Sharrer, Katie Sharrer and Danny Sharrer; and his great grandchildren, Korie Moritz, Hattie Stambaugh, Sylvie Stambaugh, Riley Albin, Madison Bennage, Macee Bennage and McKenna Bennage. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
