Forsythe (Grant) of Dillsburg, PA and Daniel J. Small (Shannon) of Gettysburg; his stepchildren, Tracy L. Holmes of Dallastown, PA, Kenneth L. Miller, Jr. (Tahgie) of Hanover, PA, Michael Wayne Miller (Meredith) of New Oxford, PA, Michelle D. Laughman (Guy) of Fairfield, PA and Jeffery A. Miller of Carlisle, PA; and his brother Michael Small (Kara) of Weaversville, NC.. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren, one step-great grandson.
