He was predeceased by : his parents, Edwin P. Haines Sr. and Elizabeth M. Haines (Pyro); his daughter Jennifer Haines; and his siblings, Rodney Haines and Linda Tissue.

He is survived by : his daughter Nicole Fazenbaker (Richie); his grandchildren, Rebecca Fazenbaker, Kelsey Fazenbaker and Drew Fazenbaker; his great grandchildren, Paisley Bates and Richard Fazenbaker; and his siblings, Doug Haines (Dora) of Farmington and Lana Fleming (Larry) of Farmington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 social distancing will be in affect and All Mask must be worn upon entering the building.
