He is survived by: his parents, Donald J. Fowler, Sr. and Madeline Verano Reynolds (Harold) of Williamsport, PA.; his wife Heather J. Comes; his sons, Luke, Jacob M. Abrams of Cyclone and Lucas J. Fowler of Gifford; his sisters, Dawn DuPont (Jason) of Williamsport, PA, Kim Reynolds (Torree) and Shadoe Fowler of Lafayette; his parents-in-law, John Comes (Julie) of Smethport and Vickie McElwee (late Steve McElwee) of Smethport; and his cousin Jim Fowler (Marcia) of Lafayette. He is also survived by friends, golfing with his son and friends.
