She was predeceased by: her father Howard Hartman (Jerry Tarbox); her spouse Jerry Wayne Tarbox; and her son Wayne Evan Tarbox. She is survived by: her mother Betty Hartman (Erskin) of Gifford; her daughter Lisa M. Tarbox (Tom Rudis) of Currituck, NC.; her grandsons, Matthew Kloss (Shelly Dietz) of Aiken and Andrew Tarbox Kloss of Gifford; her great grandchildren, Jerry Tarbox, Ana Gallagher, Lillie Gallagher of Bradford, Joseph and Makenna Serman of Crisfield, Maryland.; and her brothers, Stephen Hartman of Gifford, PA, Earl S. Hartman (Pamela) of Warren, PA and Kevin Hartman (Susan) of Ormsby, PA.
