He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley B. Salkowski Sr. and Rose Salkowski (Butera); and his brothers, John, Joseph and David Salkowski.

He is survived by: his wife Catherine; and his children, Stanley B. Salkowski III (Francesca Calandra) and Phyllis A. Cooper (Dean Johnson).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Centre for Padre Pio (111 Barto Rd, Barto, PA 19504) or to Last Chance Ranch Animal Rescue (http://www.lastchanceranch.org) in Stanley's name.
