He is survived by: his parent Anna Hornyak (Surdenik); his children, James Hornyak (Nancy) of Girard and Elizabeth A. Morrison (Mike) of Fairview; and his grandchildren, Emily Hornyak (Patrick Gehrlein), Kate Hammel (Brian), Morgan Gilmore (Nate), Ryan Hornyak, Nicholas Hornyak (Kate) and Clayton Hornyak (Jaclyn). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
