She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Uber and Nettie Uber; her husband Reverend Harold Billings; and her siblings, Ralph Uber, Margaret Blackstone and Mary Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Billings (Janet) of Lake City and Debra Gilmore of Fairview; and her grandchildren, Deadra Clement (Steve), Jessica Koop (Adam) and Jason Billings (Taylor). She is also survived by six great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Burton Funeral Home (525 Main St E, Girard, PA 16417). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Bethel Baptist Church, 1781 W. 38th Street, Erie, PA.
