He was predeceased by: his parent Andrew J.; his wife Joyce Ann Cook; his siblings, Anna Pacansky, Mary Gieza, Dorothy Felegy, Helen Mikovich, George Pacansky, John Pacansky, Michael Pacansky, Joseph Pacansky, Andrew Pacansky and Jacob Pacansky; and his children, Gerald Lee and Lisa Ann.
He is survived by: his parent Anna Yanosky Pacansky; his children, David P. Pacansky of Fairview, James L. Pacansky (Cindy) of Fairview and Jean Horton of Erie; his sister Pauline Clendenning of Indiana; his grandchild James (Michele); his wife Valerie Jean; and also, Justin, Katelyn Ludrof (Joseph) and Kristin Pacansky.
