He is survived by : his parents, Lisa Burke Foy and Arthur W. Foy, Jr.; his brother Eric M Foy (Venessa); his girlfriend Jennifer Ruhl; his girlfriend's child Elora Ann; and his friend Brooke Wagner. He is also survived by dogs. Steven is survived by his father.
