He was predeceased by: his parents, John Watters and Geraldine Woomer Watters; and his siblings, Byron, Howard, Treasa, Enid, Marzella, Kathryn Gunsallies, Geraldine "Sis", John, Gerald and Charles Watters.
He is survived by: his sons, Wendell "Jeff" Watters (Mary Ann) of Erie, Dale Watters of Girard, Jay "Poncho" Watters (Cheryl) and Springfield; his significant other Delora "Tootie" Knorr; and his grandchildren, Jamie, Dale II, Alysha, Bryan, Eric and Aaron. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
