It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Ayers of Gladwyne, Pennsylvania, born in Roswell, New Mexico, who passed away on October 25, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Lee and Flora Lee; and her daughter-in-law Janette Ayers. She is survived by : her husband Philip E. Franks; her children, Rhonda Ayers-Hanley of Canyon, TX, Roger Ayers of Denton, TX and Byron Ayers of Denton, TX; her close friend Marvin Sterrett; her grandchildren, Alyssa Hanley of Kerrville, TX, Allen Hanley of Ruidoso, NM, Kelly Ayers-Spry (Robert Spry) of Denton, TX and Kacy Ayers-Ziegler (Mark Ziegler) of Denton, TX; her great grandchildren, Kyle Ziegler of Denton, TX, Hailey Ziegler of Denton, TX, Cora Ziegler of Denton, TX, Samuel Spry of Denton, TX and Jason Franks (Tracy Charters-Franks) of Irvington, NY; her siblings, Ella Lee Storms (Harvey), Edward Lee (Linda) of El Paso, TX, Elaine Lee Wallen (Steve Wallen) of Carlsbad, NM and Cheryl Lee-Patterson (Donnie Patterson) of Denton, TX.; and also, Jennifer Franks-Baker (Chuck Baker) of Malvern, PA, Ava Franks, Finn Franks, Kelly Franks of Irvington, NY, Michael Baker and Ryan Baker of Malvern, PA..
