She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hartman and Delores Williams Hartman; and her sister Shirley Barton. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Delp; her children, Kevin Delp and Delores Delp; her siblings, John Hartman, Jr. (Brenda), Faith Hartman (Ben Cramer), Nancy Smith and Bonita Vetter (Michael); and her grandchildren, Gage White and Harley Yusnukis.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions a "Celebration of Life" for Marsha will be planned by her family for a late date.
