He is survived by: his children, Nancy Smith of Emlenton, Norman "Roy" Trimble (Sherry) of Glen Campbell and Christine Tate (George) of Clymer; his son-in-law David Matko, Sr. of Urey; his grandchildren, Wendy Stohon, Judy Ann Pierce, Barb McCall, Allen Smith, Jr., Carrie Barnett, Michael Barnett, Steven Barnett, Jennifer Faught, David Matko, Jr., Megan Matko and Jacob Tate; his great grandchildren, James Lee, Jr., Alison Burk, Jessica Holley, Kimberly Smith, Haleigh Smith, Gregory Geisler, Lucy Faught, Nora Faught, Rory Faught, Dawson Matko and Bryn Matko; his great great grandchildren, Kenlee Smith, Haven Smith, Estella Smith, Brooklyn Geisler and Miaa Geisler; his siblings-in-law, Eleanor Trimble of Monaca, Della Trimble of Aliquippa, Roy "Babe" Mumau (Kay) of Glen Campbell, Peggy Buffone (Jim) of Glen Campbell, Cuba Small (Charlie) of Glen Campbell and Vada Soltis of Concord; and also, Dan, Rink, BoJoe, Stevie Matko and Norman.
