He was predeceased by: his siblings, James R. Beggs, William T Beggs and Florence E. Rzasa. He is survived by: his wife Ellen M. Beggs; his children, Joanne E. Trantham (Earl), Paul D. Beggs (Judy) and Joseph M. Beggs (Sandy); his granddaughter Melissa Sandoval (Pierre); his great grandchild Octavia; and his sister Dorothy Ann Short. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
