He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Charles Cook Sr.; his wife Louise Cook (Artisti); his children, Michael (Lisa), Anita King (Jim), Donna Coleman (Jeff), Carole Killmeyer (Gary), Dan (Sherri) and Amy Vitaro (Nathan); his siblings, Tom (late Angie) and Mary Ann Lynch (late John); and his stepsisters, Eileen (late Butz) and Barb (Rudy).
