He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Dugan; his children, Kristie McCall (Tracy), Kathleen Obringer (Terrence), Daniel Dugan (Beth), Cindy Arguellez (Oscar), Matthew Dugan (Meghan), Kellie Dugan, Connor Obringer, Trevor Dugan and Rylee Obringer; his sisters, Alice Siciliano (Anthony) and Nancy DiMartino (Robert); his children, Lori Jo and Terri Lynn; and his siblings, Bernard Dugan, Charles Dugan, Elizabeth Gorman and Marie Howley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
