He was predeceased by: his sibling Kay Jean Francis. He is survived by: his husband Jean M. Francis (Strahler); his children, Karen Cooper (Larry), Michael Francis (Diane) and Steve Francis (Lisa); his grandchildren, Merissa Cooper, Matthew Cooper, Logan Francis and Connor Francis; and his siblings, George (Carol), Jim (Andrea), Duker (Cathy), Bill and Donna Francis.
