He was predeceased by: his spouse Irene Buechele Skultety. He is survived by: his children, Leonard P. Skultety Jr. (Joyce), Edward Buechele, LeAnn Zebley (Doug), Joann Lecrone (Rob), Brandy Holton, Emily Evans, Kevin Zebley, JoAnn Snyder, David Skultety Jr. and Gretchen Lecrone.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Good Samaritan Hospice House: 146 Neely School Rd. Wexford PA 15090.
