She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Lebakken and Agnes Lebakken; her sister Donna Beymer; and her siblings-in-law, Bernadette, Carol Lebakken and Charles Spallone.
She is survived by: her husband John Kokladas; her children, Aaron Kokladas (Jody), Kelly Pantone (Daniel) and Briana Waine (Fredrick); her grandchildren, Tyler, Aiden, Quinton, Makenna, Colton, Olivia, Easton and Greyson; her brothers, Wayne and Brian Lebakken; and her siblings-in-law, Donna Spallone of Saltsburg, Karyl and Carl Rizzo of Bethal Park.
